The issue of time always comes up when talking about the Green Smoothie! To save time, I make 5 days worth and place in my glass lock shaker. I put 2 in the freezer and 3 in the fridge (after 3 days in the fridge you start losing the live enzymes & nutrients).
When I’m on the last refrigerated smoothie, I put a frozen smoothie in the fridge to start the defrosting process. By the next morning, I grab one and am ready to run out the door with the little ones!
sidenote: this batch contained spinach, cilantro, parsley, celery, 2 green apples, and 1 banana. 1/2 lemon juice squeezed in at the end.
There’s your tip- get it out the way once a week!

Thanks, much appreciate the support!
I love GGS. I can feel the difference when I have my smoothie and when I don’t. It’s a must have!
Great Holly! I hear that a lot! I am often more hungry when I do not have my GGS because I’m not getting the necessary nutrients.
